Delivery, Returns & Exchanges

DELIVERY

Delivery costs are 7.90 euros in France, 10 € for EU member countries and 20 euros for the rest of the world.

Delivery is free in France for all orders over 120 euros. Delivery is also free to EU member countries for all orders over €150.

RETURNS

You have 14 days to return your purchase to us. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To make a return, you must send us a message to contact@maisonizard.com explaining the reasons for the return.

Returns are at your expense.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted:

  • Any item which is not in its original condition, which is damaged or which has certain parts missing for reasons which are not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you a confirmation email. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and the refund will be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded. On the other hand, we offer you the benefit of a credit note in the event of the purchase of sale items that are not suitable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace an item if it is faulty, damaged or the item is the wrong size. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, you can do so by sending us an email at contact@maisonizard.com .

Dispatch

To return a product, you must mail it to:

Maison Izard, 29 rue des Cordeliers, 64000 Pau, France.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than 50 euros, we advise you to use a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or take out delivery insurance.
